consistent comfort

friendly staffideal locationbest spotmissing butter
The staff was friendly and helpful. the food was cooked perfectly and presented well. The location is ideal, a short walk from city hall and close to shops and bus stops. the cocktail bar is the best spot to watch the city lights at night.
I found no pens in the room to avail of room service. I had to have one brought up. we also had toast, but no butter was available, so it wasn't eaten.

some issues not really five-star

sink plugpoor service
The room got too hot, and the air conditioner dont worked well. paint was also flaking off around the window. black marks on the wall, pretty gross. and the sink plug in the bathroom? it just didnt worked, so i couldnt even shave properly. breakfast service was a joke. Got coffee without sugar, then the fry came with zero salt or pepper. the staff seemed way too busy with other people, ignoring us. they brought warm bread instead of toast and then just vanished. i told the receptionist about the breakfast disaster, but they didnt do anything. its was really bad.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted.

slow servicepoor cocktail
I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. There was a noticeable delay in receiving our drinks at the bar. The staff seemed disorganized. One of the cocktails was poorly made. I had to return it. the charcuterie board was not worth the price. It lacked the advertised cheese.
